During this time of global uncertainty, we think it’s important for all of us to remember that we’re all in this together and we will get through it – it’s just going to take time, patience and understanding.
In order to make sure our fellow foodies stay safe we’ve always done the following:
- Emphasized to our tour guides and guests that if they are not feeling well, they should stay home.
- Advised guests where each stops’ restrooms are so that our tour guides and patrons can wash their hands before dining.
- Offered a flexible cancellation policy – just like always. If you would like to refund – we’ve got you. If you would like to get a certificate for a date to be named – great! We can do that.
In addition, just like everyone else, we are also monitoring the situation closely and following the guidelines of health authorities, including the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
Please know that we are currently able to offer small group and private tours – this may change in the short term, but for now it’s a fairly safe way to experience Catalina Island for healthy guests.
We know changes are coming rapidly – we hope to keep you updated via our social channels, our email newsletter and this blog post in the upcoming days, weeks, and months.
Thanks for your time.
We look forward to seeing you on the island very soon.
